The employees were efficient all the time.

Stayed here with my son and everything was excellent. The location was great, very close to Herefordshire, the restaurant and the stunning garden, in a lovely area. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Goodrich Castle.

My room was well-appointed and impeccably clean thanks to the very amiable staff. The breakfast offered plenty of nice meals. I enjoyed this lovely hotel and can't wait to go back.

It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

The food, my god, it was fine. We had this tasting menu, and every single dish was like a work of art, bursting with flavor, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. They even left us homemade cookies in the room, who does that?

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the quality you receive, it's worth every dime.

Our visit was so nice! Each dish from the tasting menu was a masterpiece, paired perfectly with local wines. The room was cozy with fine features like exposed beams and a rainfall shower. Pro tip, Don't miss out on the breakfast with homemade bread and superb coffee!

Absolutely LOVED the breakfast! Freshly baked croissants and delicious organic juices made my morning. The loud garden door was a bit distracting, but I would definitely return for that amazing meal! 😍

My stay felt nice. I enjoyed the goats cheese souffle and beef wellington for dinner, highlights. The ambience was inviting, and the staff was helpful throughout. I appreciated the attention to detail. Exploring the local trails was a bonus, boosting my interest in outdoor activities.

I found the taxi availability to be limited. I hadn't anticipated the distance to the city center, which caused some inconvenience.

Stayed for 2 nights at new inn and loved it! The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and always eager to help. Our room, 'the hare', was spacious and had a nice freestanding bath. The restaurant served fantastic meals from both the bar and restaurant menus. Highly recommend trying their breakfast too!

Friendly staff, wonderful room, beautifully decorated with cookies and cotton pads in the bathroom, made our stay enjoyable, and the delicious breakfast paired with the lovely beer garden made it a perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking nearby.

Fine decor and really good dining

The food was really good. Each meal was a culinary delight, especially the beef wellington and chocolate souffle. Catering to our needs with genuine warmth and attentiveness. I only wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu.

Cute staff, and the dining experience was excellent, especially the home-baked bread at breakfast. The room was elegantly designed for comfort. We eagerly returned for a second meal because the culinary delights were unparalleled, particularly the beef Wellington.
