The food, my god, it was absolutely stunning. We had this tasting menu, and every single dish was like a work of art, bursting with flavor, and the staff gave us a warm welcome that made us feel like royalty. They even left us homemade cookies in the room, who does that?

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality you receive, it’s worth every dime.

Absolutely LOVED the breakfast! Freshly baked croissants and delicious organic juices made my morning. The loud garden door was a bit distracting, but I would definitely return for that amazing meal! 😍

stayed for 2 nights at new inn and loved it! the staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. they were super friendly and always eager to help. our room, 'the hare', was spacious and had a nice freestanding bath. the restaurant served fantastic meals from both the bar and restaurant menus. highly recommend trying their breakfast too!

I just returned from a delightful two-night stay where I was blown away by the breathtaking decor and the stunningly comfortable room. The food was absolutely exceptional. each meal was a culinary delight, especially the beef wellington and chocolate souffle. The friendly staff made our experience even better, catering to our needs with genuine warmth and attentiveness. I only wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu.

Taxi services proved to be less than ideal, so getting into town can be a hassle, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. You might hear music from the restaurant in the evening, but it’s manageable and earplugs are at the ready if needed. The location is a bit further from the heart, requiring about £30 for a cab each way.
